Neck Pain?  Get Rid Of It Quickly And Easily!

Do you work sitting down?  You need to relax your neck.


In many cases our neck hurts as a result of stress and overload.  To avoid this, be sure to sleep on a comfortable pillow and take short breaks if you work sitting down.  In addition, here are some exercises that will help you.


Exercise 1

Turn your head to the left.  From this position, slowly rotate your head to the right until your chin touches your shoulder.  Keep this position for 2 seconds.  Repeat the head movement to the other side and hold for 2 seconds.


Turn your head to the left, lift up and with your neck stretched back, move your head towards your right shoulder.  Hold for 2 seconds.


Repeat 10 times.


Exercise 2

Rest your chin on your hands and try to lower your head while resisting with your palms.


Slowly move your head back and forth as you try to break free of your palms.


Repeat 10 to 20 times.


Exercise 3

Hold your hands behind your head.  Take your head back using only your neck muscles, while resisting with your hands.


Take your head forward all the way, while resisting the hands behind your head.


Repeat 10 to 20 times.


Exercise 4

Hold your right hand to your right temple.  While resisting with your hand, push your head to the right and then back to the left.


Using your left hand on your left temple, repeat on the other side.


Repeat the exercise 10 to 20 times.


Exercise 5

Place your left hand on your head.  Take your head to your left shoulder as far as possible.  Hold in this position for 20 to 30 seconds.


Repeat on the other side.


Repeat 3 more times on each side.


Exercise 6

Massage the back of your head for 3 to 5 minutes.  This will reduce the feelings of pain in your neck.
