8 Things That Happy Couples Do Every Morning

For many of us, morning is considered a very problematic time. Ironically, it is known that the way your morning goes is the way the rest of the day will continue. That's why mornings are important. And it is important not only in terms of planning the rest of the day, but also in terms of your relationship. Mornings can be devoted to strengthening the relationship. Here are eight things that happy couples do every morning to stay together:

Look into each other's eyes

"We look at each other when we wake up, brush our teeth or eat breakfast, I watch my wife and calm down ... Surprisingly, we've been doing it for years, but it's not annoying – quite the opposite."

"My husband leaves for work long before my alarm goes off, but every morning he lies down on the bed, and hugs me for at least 5 minutes, an excellent way for both of us to start the day."

Try to get ready together

Most couples who live together keep different schedules and behave in differently in the mornings, so they often do not even meet, and many will not even get out of bed until their better half goes to work. This distances couples from one another. Wake up together and at least have breakfast together.

Drink a cup of coffee or tea together

"My wife and I meet every morning on the balcony and have a cup of coffee, make plans, talk or just look at the street below. We have been married for 15 years."

Kiss each other as you leave the house

My husband goes to work very early, I wake up only an hour after he leaves, but he always kisses me before he goes out. It's not that he's so sensitive, but he wants me to know that he'll be thinking of me when he's gone. "

Put mobile devices aside

"We have different schedules and only see each other in the morning, for about 5-10 minutes. During this time, we put everything internet and media related aside.  It's a rule."

Divide tasks between them

"It's relevant for couples with children, and getting ready in the morning will be faster and more organized if the whole family takes part in it."

"Mornings can be very messy and you do not always have the time and energy to be in a good mood for your partner, and yet it is very important to see a happy face opposite you.  This will make your day better.  Remember this next time you want to talk about how bad the weather is."
