Green Smoothie Bowl - Healthy And Delicious!

After having this smoothie bowl for breakfast, you'll feel energized and we believe that it is a good way to start the day. The main idea of the smoothie bowl is to add fruits and/or vegetables with milk (or vegan milk), sweetener, some healthy fat and seeds or more fruits for decorations. 

A smoothie is super easy to make so your morning won’t be consumed with making the perfect, healthy breakfast to kick-start your day. 

Here’s a tip for you too! If you freeze the fruits (but not the vegetables if you use any), when you blend the smoothie, it comes out a bit like ice cream. And guys, do I really need to point out how tasty ice cream is?!

Ingredients:

  • 1 frozen, cut banana
  • 1 cup spinach leaves
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

For Decoration:

  • 1 kiwi
  • 1 tablespoon Flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Chia seeds

Preparation:

  • In a blender, blend all of the ingredients.
  • Pour into a small bowl.
  • Decorate the top as fancy or as simple as you’d like.
  • Enjoy that morning boost!
