Zucchini Noodles Recipe

There is tons of hype now around no carbs foods, so we decided to make some healthy noodles, using zucchini! And these “Zoodles” are a perfect idea if you are trying to eat healthy. Make sure that the zucchini is cut into very thin strips, like spaghetti, and after a really short sauté, the Zoodles are delicious - you might even feel like you actually eating regular pasta. The recipe only requires 4 ingredients so it’s very quick and easy. 



  • 3 zucchinis - grated into a shape of long strips
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of pesto sauce

Ingredients For Garnish: 

  • Parmesan cheese



  • In a pot, warm the olive oil for 1-2 minutes in a quick sauté.
  • Add the zucchini and pesto.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook on high for 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with parmesan.
  • Enjoy!
